T-shaped professional

A T-shaped professional is someone with deep expertise in a specific area, for example data architecture, as well as broad general skills and knowledge across other disciplines, such as change management or product development. This makes them both specialized and nimble.

Typical NimbleNova projects

As a NimbleNova consultant, you will play a key role within our consultancy projects, collaborating closely with a diverse team of experts and stakeholders. Their competencies span industry-specific expertise, stakeholder engagement, semantic analysis, distributed systems, data infrastructure, change management, transformation strategies, and project management acumen. Our projects are diverse and includes activities such as:

  • Empathize with stakeholders to uncover potential data exchange use cases, gaining valuable insights
  • Develop reference and solution architectures
  • Demonstrate the tangible value of proposed solutions through pilot initiatives
  • Articulate the rationale and advantages of proposed solutions to stakeholders
  • Execute pilot initiatives that cater to stakeholder needs and preferences
  • Measure and demonstrate the practical value of solutions in practice.
Your responsibilities

Your role will encompass leading interactive sessions and workshops, delivering compelling presentations, crafting comprehensive advise, conducting analysis, and actively managing stakeholders while facilitating decision-making processes. Operating autonomously, you'll need to make informed decisions and solve complex problems. Yet, our ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, embraces feedback, and is committed to self-growth.

At NimbleNova, you'll have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of data exchange. You'll effectively communicate and exchange ideas both within our team and externally, leading to the development of practical approaches and solutions that can be applied in real-world scenarios.

Your qualifications
  • Proven experience in one of the following areas: advisory, architecture (data-focused), product development, or change management
  • Proactive, action-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • A fast learner with strong self-awareness
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
  • A bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in fields such as business informatics, data, technology, ecosystems, supply chain, business / public administration, or engineering
  • An interest in areas such as data architectures, collaboration between and within organizations, design thinking, ecosystems, semantic web, change and transformation, and/or data privacy/security
  • Proficiency in both English and Dutch
  • Willingness to travel.
